Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
He specialises in providing legal advice to clients operating in the real estate market in terms of real estate sales and acquisitions (both in the form of an asset deal and share deal), project financing, agreements in the investment process (regarding brownfield and greenfield investments), lease, commercialisation of real estate, examination of the legal status of real estate, as well as joint ventures in the real estate sector.
He has gained experience in Polish and international law firms, advising primarily corporate clients in the development sector, investors, general contractors, and high-tech, heavy industry and shipbuilding companies.
At the Firm, she provides support in negotiating and concluding real estate contracts and advises on the implementation of investment projects.
He has been a member of the Firm's team since October 2020.
